She captioned her post on Instagram “Today is the perfect day to announce my book- Kareena Kapoor Khan’s Pregnancy Bible for all you moms-to-be. I’ll talk about everything from morning sickness to diet and fitness and being a mom-on-the-go! I can’t wait for you to read it. To be published by Juggernaut Books in 2021”.
When Kareena Kapoor Khan Launched Her Pregnancy Bible Book
Kareena Kapoor had given birth to her second child this year in February and she was working on this book since she got pregnant for the second time. “Pregnancy Bible” is on the experiences of Kareena Kapoor while being pregnant, and how she has been through these two pregnancies.
On Friday (9 July), Kareena Shared an image of herself with an Ultrasound scan and teased her fans saying “It’s not what you’re thinking 😃”. She gave a hint that she was working on this project for quite some time and appealed to her fan to wait for more.
Later she shared an Instagram video of herself as a chef wearing a red dress with oven mitts, and she was heard saying “What’s been Bakin”. Later she took out the baking tray from the oven and the book was placed on the tray, referring to the book she said: “So that’s been Bakin”.
She wrote “This has been quite the journey… both my pregnancies and writing my Pregnancy Bible. There were good days and bad days; some days I was raring to go to work and others where I struggled to get out of bed. This book is a very personal account of what I experienced both physically and emotionally through both my pregnancies.”
